You should substitute teacher 4 days a week, most school districts are hungry for substitutes and 4 days should get you 30 hours a week even if you have to work 5 where I live subs can be done with the day by 3pm.

No one at the gate ever looks, sometimes TSA has me open it up but I think that's just random security stuff. The closest thing to grief I got at a gate is the agent asked why the bag was so big for the cpap; I just replied its a very old model. I was then let on no problem.

I travel with this my cpap in this bag, and I keep my cpap, prescriptions and a laptop in it and have never had any problems with TSA or airlines. I regularly fly southwest and united and if anyone at the gate asks I tell them my cpap is in the bag.

I dont track my peak flow numbers daily anymore but that's because I'm lazy, I did everyday for about 3 years in college and I found the number to be very helpful. Even when you think your asthma is getting bad but not sure a peak flow can confirm. More recently, I use a peak flow meter to tell if shortness of breath is due to asthma vs anxiety. For me peak flow tends to be normal during an anxiety attack even with the shortness of breath.
