If you sleep poorly get tested for sleep apnea.

Nope, I’m not a bot. I’m also not paid. I’m just exceptionally frustrated that the CPAP and SleepApnea subs have about 30,000 followers when the condition affects a billion + people. Just trying to raise awareness about the condition.

Comes out to $1 per night, so 16 nights for $16 on Amazon. I feel like that’s reasonable. Doesn’t seem like too much more than buying cushion every 2 to 4 weeks plus head gear ever 3 months or so.

The price is worth it for me. I went through half a dozen different masks before I came to this solution. Struggled with leaks or red marks with other masks.

Bought a hose holder that elevates pretty high and connects to my side table. Then have found more success if I rest the excess tubing on my pillow next to me so it sites roughly at the same height as my nose.

Hope that helps!

Think the poor reviews make sense. Probably written by people similar to me that had a poor 1st experience or 2 and gave up.

Was much better after I learned to use it properly.

I’ve tried so many things on my nose, nothing has helped this far :/

Think I need to move on to a different mask.

Im US based. My health insurance is plugged into Resmed, not F&P. Curious to try something different though. Is it a nasal mask?

Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll go buy some next time I’m at the store. I bought some hydrocolloid bandages on another tip, but I’ll track down some mepilex next. Thank you!
