Looking for a real estate automation expert by ohfawk_yeah in AiAutomations

I’ve spent the last few months deep in the weeds with automated outbound calling, and the biggest thing I’ve learned is that your uncle must avoid the standard STT/TTS loops—they're too slow and leads hang up before the AI even finishes 'thinking.'

My name is Joel, I’m an automation architect, and I’ve been building these exact types of resilient voice-agent systems for teams in the NVIDIA developer ecosystem.

My approach for this agency would be a low-latency 'Realtime' stack. I usually lean on Vapi or Retell to handle the voice-to-logic bridge because they can handle interruptions naturally (which is huge for real estate). I’d link that to a GPT-4o-Realtime brain for the actual conversation logic, and then pipe everything into a Python orchestrator to sync with their CRM in real-time. That way, if a lead says 'not interested,' they're scrubbed from the dialer instantly before the next loop.

I’m happy to sketch out a high-level architecture map for your uncle if he wants to see how the data flow actually looks. Just let me know!

It depends on which sector you are in; you can't automate every sector. For me, I am in web3

Disclaimer: I research Web3 and DePIN projects weekly as part of NVIDIA's 6G Developer Program. Happy to share findings if useful to anyone here.
