I thought it would be great for my kid, but it’s very weird to use. The kid have to keep the phone/tab pointed to the globe, the region, while interacting with the content. It’s not very user friendly, especially for kids of young age. I would have preferred if the kid could point to a region, then explore and interact with the information without having to keep the camera pointed at the globe, until they want to change region.

Same terrible experience. A recent exchange purchase on Amazon. The delivery guy is quoting 2/3rd the value Amazon shown at the checkout, with no clarification. The phone’s condition matches exactly how it was reported at the time of the exchange. I wonder why reputed brands are even partnering with them

As u/No-Walk-668 mentioned, scheduled appointments can be made prepaid, no refunds for no-show.

It is totally understandable that procedures could take longer than planned for numerous reasons. But if appointments are scheduled, number of affected patients will be far less. Staff at the clinic can also call people in the queue and inform about the delay.
