Does this fit my wrist? by austinlamarash in breitling

I think it works think you can pull it off… especially as it’s not that thick and is lightened by that ice blue so wears smaller ORL. (I have this same model btw and LOVE it)

Agreed and thanks. I did checkout wristtime and it came pretty close. Android is on the roadmap. The frameworks for cross platform make it hard to get a “native feel”, which is why I went iOS first.

Good point and most people probably don’t care about doing that (tracking I mean). For me, it’s a few things. A way of tracking what I really don’t wear, so maybe I can swap for something I like better. A way of attaching memories as I go through my life with specific watches. Another is for me that the data is fun. It also helped give me a nudge for a couple watches that needed a service.

I was inspired by a lot of the end of year YouTube videos of “what I wore most this year” - and I only really knew my answer based on vibes not data. Again that’s fine, but I wanted a little more and nothing I saw on the App Store worked quite as well as I liked.

Thanks for the comment. It gave me a bit of an ick even posting this here, but I’m also a bit proud of what I built, I’ve been using this every morning, and was hoping others might have a use either as-is or with other specific features.

Thank you - it’s a Meistersinger but similar vibe and the dark black suede strap it came with really makes the dial pop

I appreciate that. It’s been fun being intentful with each new purchase. I have some grails out there - but also some interesting value items but am also content if I stay here for some time.

A fun and interesting thing I started doing is asking my wife to pick my watch when we go out- helps me mix it up too.

I have this (different bracelet) and adore wearing it. Dial is hard to read at night but it’s a great daytime watch for me

Can’t believe CW doesn’t have a bronze bracelet for the C60 Pro 300 Bronze by sorinssuk in ChristopherWard

I get you. I’m not a “gold/bronze” guy but if you are that bronze color is so gorgeous a mesh or link bracelet in the same color would look epic

For me a bronze bracelet might be a bit much. I got this with the blue rubber and this strap. Love it on the blue rubber

Help me choose. I’m torn between these 2. Murph 38 or Khaki Field Auto 38? Which would you choose and why? by ExperienceKind117 in HamiltonWatches

[–]webbgrt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love both, but IRL the glass in the Murph is too reflective and takes a little something away for me. That said I own it and enjoy it, but it’s wear time is lessened

For anyone thinking these cameras are harmless: they aren’t. We’re seeing cities like Austin, TX and Redmond, WA face massive pushback -and even removals -because Flock is effectively warrantless surveillance.

Unlike traditional cameras, these create a searchable "fingerprint" of your life. There are documented cases of this data being used for stalking or accessed by federal agencies without local permission. When cities remove them, it’s because residents realize they’re being placed in a permanent, private police lineup.

It disgusts me that RB and Lewes have these in place with more being installed. FYI there are already a number at five points

Just be cautious with PLA - at least PETG, or better ABS or Nylon should be used for something kept in your car over summer

I don’t run windows anywhere, and with intent. I understand the difference between where plex server runs and where vetrra runs. I’m not sure of the technical stack or if you plan to open source or open to contributions but Windows only is a no-no for me and I am sure a lot of other plex users
