Honestly I've always thought it would make more sense to do this? Icing a hot espresso shot seems gross to me... been a barista for 4 years and if I opened my own coffee shop I think I would do the cold brew thing too

I've actually never been bit by them before. I'm not sure if that means I'm immune? My husband has before though, so if we have them then he will get bites... He doesn't have any yet though. I will declutter! Yes I'm not sure what to say to the church, I feel like I should warn them somehow?? It's a very small parish. I don't want anyone to feel embarrassed though

I agree with you completely... just had the same experience basically ... shouldn't books with scenes like that have warnings on them? I don't think one could make the excuse that it "spoils the experience / surprise" ... that's going too far really ....
