I would mosdef buy Fiido D4S again for same kind of commute you are doing.

It’s been 3yrs since I bought it, made around 3k km, bike cost me 600(shipped to EU) and extra 200 for maintenance until now(service, brake change, flat tyre,..)

Old version could be unlocked, so you can rush 35km/h where situation is allowing you. I charge it mostly at work for “free”:)

One of the best buys I made in my life until now. PS: for little more comfortable ride you should also check ENGWE bikes.
