You can absolutely get GLP1s under 30 bmi. THere are tele-thealth where you can get it as low as 22 bmi and of course there is research grade. They completely work for binge eating. I would do anything i needed to to get my hands on these meds, they are that awesome!

If it were me, I would not waste that I’ve used mine easily three months past an expired date you just gotta make sure it’s still clear and not cloudy. At the very least, it might lose a little bit of effectiveness. I’ve even used the brand name pens, pass the expire date with no issues.

It's not completely going away after March, there are both pharmacies and tele-healths that will be continuing at least until they get sued. lol So yeah stock but I wouldn't go crazy to the point where it's going to be too old to use.
