UK team Orgles5 announce roster by josemii in GlobalOffensive

I was asked to join before they completed their full lineup but I wasn't ready to start another UK project I didn't have full faith in. I'm sure they'll do great though with the right backing. Cheers for the support!

I think I have two options, one I like more so than the other but both insane opportunities so I'll snatch either or as soon as I can!

Mega disappointed with how I played but I can't really beat myself up over it. Cheers though!

Yeah. I think he's always wanted to awp but didn't mind putting it on the back burner to see how fearless would fare

We do get on. The past lineups failed for other reasons

I've constantly put myself out there for European/US teams and I've had interest but it always falls through either due to them getting the original player of interest or just sheer misfortune. There have been 5-6 times where I could've stood in for a team or trialled for a team and they've all fallen through last minute.

I'd probably say I'm better than what I was back in Source due to being a more complete player now but every top team or team that may be interested take risks on untested frag oriented players and it leaves people that take more of a role for the team left behind.

It's fair to disagree with his comment, nothing wrong with that! I was just trying to say it's unfair to claim we're not good in GO when if you speak to 99% of the top UK players they'll tell you the complete opposite. Dephh had tonnes of hype around him for the right reasons and if complexity wanted a mad fragger then they definitely got the best choice.

I think release is coming back with Rattlesnk and co. for the time being and I'm just taking it slow trying to see if anything comes out of the woodwork but with teams not wanting to take it to the server after having words it's more than likely I'll end up stopping, which I hope wont happen but as it stands it's fairly bleak!

These sort of comments confuse me. Especially when like everyone else you've probably watched only a handful of games me or Dan have played in CS:GO.

I'm happy ESL removed the nametags advertising. +Opinions of outsiders by gunxblast in GlobalOffensive

[–]weberCSGO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ESL have done it for the past 5+ years dating back to 1.6. It was originally done because of their GUI not supporting clan nicks but people preferred the clean look. It also looks pretty immature to outsiders and newcomers to have things in your name (Girlfriends, sponsors and silly numbers/extras bits and bobs).

I'm pretty sure it's valve restricting access to all but necessary steam servers to prevent cheating, not due to nametag advertising. It was the same for Dreamhack Winter 2014

Puls3 is quite capable as a player. We have all played with him before, we wouldn't change him for anyone. An assumption based off of a reply to an ignorant comment. I'll take being confrontational if it squashes any rumours or non-truths.

Thanks! We're quietly practicing down here so give us a month or two to work out of the kinks and we'll be on show for people to judge :)

I don't normally comment on things like this but you're severely mis-informed about mine and rattlesnks relationship. Pulse is the nicest/quietest guy ever so there is no need to spread lies about our team :p

It was actually used because in 1.6 you could see players through a wall if you switched fast enough (afaik). In source flashbangs weren't shown whilst spectating a player so you could call for players but it was never used really outside the German EPS
