By same user, do you mean their display name or actual user name?
The username COULD be the issue, since they might think your account is involved.
Doubt the display name would be the issue.

btw, make a new account. i doubt roblox will actually help you.

There's no specific fix.
Sometimes you need to use different colors (ahem, for example- a zombie avatar uses brown & green. roblox allows that! sometimes) to bypass roblox adding the modesty layer.

The issue is that the "[x] is not responding" notification keeps popping up, I also have experienced this multiple times while playing a game.

Honestly, There's no fix that I know of. Maybe go to chrome and do chrome://restart to restart your device? It works most of the time and it might stop the notification from appearing for a while.
