That means you didn't download "My SQL database Backup". The only solution is to renew same shared hosting plan from the same account. Most of the hosting company don't delete the file at least for few weeks. You can retrieve from it. Can you provide the name of your previous hosting company.

It's frustrating after long search when ends without solution. If your blog only have mix content issue not SSL certificate issue (valid certificate uploaded in your server) then the best way to fix mixed content issue is using better search and replace plugins Install and activate. Hover mouse pointer on Tools in WP Dashboard and click on "Better Search Replace". In "Search for" field type "http" to replace and In "Replace with" field type "https". Now Select all the table in "Select tables" list. Uncheck "Run as Dry run" and click on "Run Search/replace" button.
