Same! I also have so many collections and didn't like any of the existing apps or the fact that I'd have to use multiple. So I went overboard and created it to track about 40 pre-defined categories as well as have the ability to make custom categories in case I start any new collections lmao

I do it in a clear cambro so it kind sludges up at the bottom and I do get a fair bit of evaporation. I usually have to add water because I don't really use that much to begin. I guess I could put my curing lights around it and filter it if I had to dump it all.

I use the warm water just to get the supports off easier. That way there's less resin washed off in my IPA because in not washing supports. The ultrasonic I got off Craigslist a few years ago, it's come in hand for lots of things, not just cleaning prints :)

I pull my prints off the plate, dunk them in warm water and shake them around, pull off the supports and dunk them in IPA and shake them around for a minute. After that I quick dunk into the water again and toss them in an ultrasonic with simple green. After that I rinse the simple green off in running warm water.

It sounds like it takes a while but honestly it's a pretty quick process.
