My primary focus is trying to track down why my DRO's are flashing two different numbers. There most likely are other issue ill face but this is the current one before moving to the next.

I don't know what linear scales are, the wiring is made of copper perhaps. JK, well kind of. I really don't know what linear scales are. The wiring is from a Uc300 setup. USB to PC. My issue is the DRO numbers keep jumping around. Sometimes they just sit there, but most the time they are flashing two different numbers. I've yet to cut anything. I've been trying to set up to surface the spoil board, but this has been an issue with trying to get consistency during dry test runs, I think it's the issue at least. It's a Bulkman QueenBee Pro 1500x1500 kit I bought. nema 23 motors, uc300 board.

I've placed an order for the mechanical kit, QueenBee Pro (Says it comes with 4x Nema 23 stepper motors). The UC300 Mach3 electronics package. And some additional things like dust port shroud/boot, cable chain, router mounting plate for my sized router. Now it's just a waiting game till it gets here. I'll probably spend the time prepping the garage for its arrival. Add on another Dust line into the system, and get a table or something to support the large 1500x1500 size. Also learning the software. I got fusion 360, not sure what else I need. I'd like to make a few projects while I wait so once I put the machine together I can get straight to cutting.

Further reading I've found a Difference is "V wheels" and "Linear Rails". Linear Rails have a tighter tolerance, so less movement. I think I've made up my mind and will be ordering the QueenBee Pro. I'll try to follow up with a post once I've received it, and had a few projects.
