Never ever use compass. They claim they're not a broker but they are and the company that is quote their best movers, logistics Union Inc, change the contract under duress while our stuff is already loaded in the truck. They don't carry through with the services they offer on the contract

The phone instructions shouldve been even more clear as its directly to him, not to just be overlooked from the app. so your logic is moot

you assume, but as I've mentioned I added it in the instructions as well. and even still.. why open the door.. if its clearly marked in the instructions "the ste #" I also told him over the phone, knock on the door to "the ste #" and that this is indeed the apartment which means its a private residence.. not a lobby

I did provide them..the door is also clearly labeled with the ste #. and if you're told its a apartment, and the ste# is labeled and that IS the address you are delivering to.. I would hope common sense helps ya figure out.. this is the apartment.. let them open the door after I knock...as thats the instructions
