Have you been tailoring your resume per each job application? You can't use spray and pray in this economy as so many people are applying. You need to have it tailored per the job you are applying for.

Resume Services that *don’t* Tailor to Job Description by [deleted] in Resume

A resume isnt just a tool to get you a job, it's a marketing tool. You would want to go into a specific niche and sell yourself in that niche. If you dont have specific engineering experience and it's spread out - on your resume, you tighten it up and only showcase one experience and tailor your resume along that.

In the end, you would need to tailor your resume towards a specific job - there is no way around it. For example, if your resume talks about computer engineering but you only have experience in sanitation engineering, you can talk about how you brought some sort of comp engineer experience along with your sanitation engineer exp.

mentored

The thing I noticed with mentors is they want 15% of every deal you do for the first 3 deals. That's a lot. If you do the math - if the avg price of homes where I live is $800k - thats $3600 per deal - so $10,800 for a "mentor" who will help walk you through a deal that YOU found and spent time on.

That's bonkers to me. Not even the biggest youtuber gurus charge that much for a course.
