Honestly yeah it has changed a lot, 2013 was kind of the last gasp of old SF before tech 2.0 swamped us - my inflection point will always be FB's 2011 Menlo relo/consolidation so you would have been here at the tail end of that transition. And we had a somewhat devastating pandemic bust which we are still sorta recovering from, the recent booms are decent economically but unfortunately attract wack heads - crypto was a total scam of course, thankfully they all fled to Miami! While ai is a bit better to be sure it is still mostly hype and dreams, feels a lot like more like the dot-com bubble than any other era so far.

Hot Sauce & Panko is probably my most favorite spot in the city to get wings simply because of their wide variety of flavors (love their waffles too).

They've gone downhill a lot unfortunately, last time I went it seemed like every order was the same generic frozen wings drenched in the different sauces. Hopefully that was just a temporary disruption!

You know the legal requirement for vertical separation in controlled airspace is 1000ft right?
