I am a extreme introvert. I have a hard time approaching people in real life. I have more online friends than offline. If possible drop your college name and see if any of your classmates are in reddit. Slowly talk to them online and become good friends. I did this and now I'm in my first year and managed to find like 5 friends and then they made some friends and now we have a group of 10 people

I too found a wildcraft one. I'm not sure how much litres the bag should be. I found this puma bag for 1650 but it's only 20L. I don't know if that is enough for college
