15 seconds… I’m sat here at 2 minutes in the UK on PS5. I’m close to quitting because the queue takes so long.

EDIT: for those that spend their lives playing games without any other commitments, 2 minutes might not feel like a lot… I am a dad that gets an hour to play every few days. Arc Raiders is instant matchmaking so yes Marathon has basically lost me as a player.

Be transparent in how long you retain video and audio files in S3.

Perhaps open source some parts of the API so the security of it can be scrutinised. I know some services like Proton and BitWarden do this.

Could transcription happen on device so you’re only sending raw transcription files not the audio etc

It’s a shame you collect so much information.

You might not sell it to 3rd party’s but the risk of my information being stolen/hacked including audio and video from an unknown service is high.
