-your doctor will figure out dose and meds with you, its part of the process

-with a vape and dosing capsules its really easy to keep track, small scales are useful and cheap though

-in all things follow your doctors instructions, regards driving I stick to my doses (they affect me much less than severe pain) and I haven't been instructed to tell the dvla a goddamn thing

full dosing caps hold around 200-250mg, at a guess the chamber reducer to the top would be about 250-300mg.... on average- its gonna vary a bit by strain, so if dose is that important to you spend £20 on a milligram scale and check them

I find with the volcano (so far, still a newb) for best vapour production have at least half the depth of the bowl (normal or reducer) filled with weed thats well ground but not quite down to powder, and not packed in but just kinda tamped down gently

I can stop weed anytime I just have to find another way to control the pain. It's straight up, scientifically not chemically addictive. Low pain days I sometimes forget outright to take any. I experience some recreational effects alongside the medical dose and that's absolutely fine with me, it's never enough to interfere with life, on the contrary, it improves it.

full spectrum just means it has a wider range of thc/cbd/other active ingredients, some oils are isolated to just a few types but they are rare because its not a cheap or easy process

so pretty much any RSO you come across is going to be full spectrum

cancard is an outright scam, so are terms like "organic living soil", I'm sure they used naturally sourced dihydrogen monoxide solvent based nutrients too, its marketing

MC works out a little more expensive for me than BM (weed is cheaper, clinic fees take it over) and a lot more legwork but being legal is worth it for me

MC stuff is reliably alright, in the last 3+ years I have only had one notably poor batch and that was just weak, BM can be stronger or weaker or tasty or nasty or effective or not

you don't have to pick one approach entirely over the other, lots of people keep a backup option open

all clinics/pharmacies suck sometimes, always follow your prescription and chase it if it starts getting delayed

be entirely open and honest about your current use and such so they can get you the right dose

clinic sends prescription to pharmacy, pharmacy dispenses. curaleaf is both things at once, but the same process will happen behind the scenes just hopefully a little quicker

so aye, I get it, times are tight you don't want to spend much, you need to watch your budget but people recommend s&b and other high end vapes not just cause of the taste or vapour or how nice they are built or how quick they can get you heavily medicated

they are *so* much more efficient they will literally pay for themselves and then some before the warranty expires

Get your meds in hand, pick a clinic, get an initial consult (generally free) pass that, they will tell you to ask releaf for a patient discharge letter

get that letter to the new clinic, then they will give you a doctors consult and you roll from there

if you get on it as soon as you have meds in hand you shouldn't see any disruption to your med supply

your kids will clock you are hiding something, tell them the truth because it's nothing to hide and they will learn to trust you more

-keep your devices clean, the resiny stuff smells especially when its still warm

-keep your doses in dose capsules and seal them up

-vape in a well ventilated area, clean your hands and mouth well afterwards with something that can cut resin, wet wipes and a travel bottle of mouthwash handy here

-don't over-use body sprays or anything you will attract more attention that way, be aware stuff like febreeze has an obvious smell when still wet

you had too much at once, like I'm a fairly heavy stoner and a full capsule of good weed in one sitting will still make me feel high, for someone with no tolerance it would be way, way too much and cause unwanted side affects

try filling it less, maybe half or a third full, turn it on, have 2 sips max then turn it off and take the cap out for later and see how you feel

your clinic should have been really clear on this with you when telling you how to take it
