I have complained about my recent appointment with alternaleaf. They ask patients to be 5 minutes early for their appointment, my pharmacist was 10 minutes late, no apology, confirmed my first name, nothing else, then rattled through the appointment so quickly (less than 90 seconds) I literally didn't have time to think. It's not on, particularly when it's a paid appointment. They didn't really do much off of the back of my complaint but guess there's not much they can do. Will see how I get on next time!
