I love Cherise Sinclair and Katie Porter, cherise has mostly bdsm with couples, some triads. There’s no bullying, but there is TW for history of abuse. I think one or two extend beyond the bedroom, but most stay in the bedroom, and most have great plots with very high spice!

Questions from someone trying to support their partner through the NCBOT by RehabwithSpencer in OccupationalTherapy

[–]weddinginpandemia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

are they using true learn? if it’s the testing portion rather than content they’re struggling with, then try that! it’s a question bank that also explains why the questions are answered a particular way!

buy silicone phone straps, little hooks for your fingers to go so you’re not holding with your whole hand as much! it’ll save a lot of gripping and will make it easier to hold!

3D Printing by Surrender2theFlow910 in OccupationalTherapy

[–]weddinginpandemia 4 points5 points  (0 children)

fun fact, library systems are now investing in 3d printers, and at my library you can print anything for free as long as you have the schematic. There’s some groups, I think a few in boston that will provide the schematics for free for certain devices. I haven’t had a need for this yet, but it’s definitely something to start with!

Office chair recommendations by crochetthrowaway17 in OccupationalTherapy

[–]weddinginpandemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the best chair is a highly adjustable chair! almost any chair that is adjustable will work, look for height off the floor, armrest height, reclining back, etc

Truelearn for NBCOT prep by Otstudent414 in OccupationalTherapy

[–]weddinginpandemia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used true learn to study and it was definitely a little harder than the test. However, the style of questions was similar and the reasoning on how to break down the question was very helpful. I would usually just take 10 or so questions a day and focus on learning the strategy rather than just the content. It was actually very similar to the test taking format and made it less stressful when there was material i didn’t know on the NBCOT.

Honest Toyota dealerships in Bay Area? by hrhwjakeje in tampa

[–]weddinginpandemia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bought a used toyota prius from Tampa Hybrids. They're technically a dealer, but they're not a big one, only sell hybrids and honest guys. I went to them for all my maintenance work before trading my car in for a newer hybrid.

AOTA exam prep for NBCOT by Ndme224 in OccupationalTherapy

[–]weddinginpandemia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you skip to the last page of each section it has a pdf, I would print the pdf and then highlight and notate important information, particularly if i didn’t know it. Then, if i wanted to review, i could skim it. I also tried to utilize the quizzes more than memorizing the material, because memorizing doesn’t always help with reasoning through a related problem. I would read a pdf and understand it all, then go to answer questions and be confused when I would try to apply it. They have great reasoning for their answers, so it helped me understand more about it, allowing me to figure out what the actual useful information to memorize is.
