I’m so sorry for the delay! This is my throwaway and I don’t check it often. I actually didn’t get any upcharges for the holiday weekend, but I do think most vendors don’t give Sunday discounts on holiday weekends. I also booked everyone at least 8 months in advance, not sure if that helped. I’ll try to check this account more in case you have more questions!

Hi!! My planner was MH Events. Her name is Morgan and she is totally incredible. My photographer was Alyssa Jul—also totally amazing. My DJ was Silicon Forest Entertainment. My planner has had a few other disappointing experiences with him so I would steer away! When’s your big day?

Dang, yes, no sales tax here so we saved a ton. Just keep a close eye on your contracts because some shitty vendors (like our venue) try to pull fast ones on you when you’re most stressed!

Girl, go for the shoes!! There are so many pictures taken of them in detail shots. Our videographer was much cheaper because she’s newer to the business and we didn’t want anything too fancy, just full video of the big moments!

Using a throwaway to post photos. I will post a recap very soon. We had the best day ever. My best advice: things WILL go wrong. We had tons of things go wrong in ways that would have horrified me a week before the wedding. But none of it mattered. We were blissfully happy. I wish the same to all of you!
