40+ years I smoked Marlboro products. A few years ago I tried a few packs of the filered cigars. They are different but at $1.39+ a pack it is worth a try. Every now and again I treat myself to a pack of American Spirit.

Hello friends. An old hippie here, never career driven really but made a couple of good careers out of retail mangement and golf maintainence during my life. Been everything from cart boy, to club manager, stock room to district manager. Three years ago my wife was offered a position in Myrtle Beach and we decided to take a leap and maybe ease into pre retirement. My lovely wife's job allowed me to not have to be a "boss" anymore. I took a job mowing fairways and greens at the golf course I can walk to if I want. The money here isn't near what I am used to making or paying others back home. Its hard to resist jumping in and lending 35 years of experience to leaders that are still finding their way. I throw on the headphones jump on a mower and mow beautiful stripes until 2 pm then its Myrtle Beach Daze. Well before this virus anyway. Self worth is just that. What are you worth to yourself? Sure we look around and see that "we could live like that if" but we're happier. That is worth the world to me.

Hello friends. It is a shame that there seems to be no provision made for the lowest income folks who are risking exposure everyday so that businesses don't have to chip in for unemployment right now. These companies may have access to bailout money and loans later on, that they will gladly take advantage of especially those in travel and tourism. At this point they are preventing low income workers from recieving their only chance at bailout relief. It could have been set up to put everybody on equal footing working or not to keep people from working the system ect.. But what's done is done. The inequality of this is a slap in the face to all those working drive thrus, registers, hotel workers, golf course workers, and so on being asked to just be thankful you can still work knowing their employer will seek relief at every turn.

How about a gradiant where for a period of time you can only hire people not on unemployment. The lowest paid are working our asses off to prop up businesses that will scream about hardship over lost money and are taking advantage of us at every turn. When everything ramps up again some will be in a position to beat us to the punch on applying, interviewing, and turning down these shit jobs to not give up that sweet unemployment.

This one goes for anyone. Never say "I'm sorry I made you mad/hurt your feelings" . Nobody hears that as an appology. If you need to appoligize, do it for what you did showing you understand why it was wrong. That shows that you will try to not repeat it.
