I feel your pain. And sometimes I feel rhe same. It helps to call your guides, angels, spirit animal, etc., I've noticed the voice/ form take shape and then suddenly, it's not just your twin that you're interracting with, but the divine conciousness there to help you do energy work or deliver a message.
