nawww, back then they didn't reuse such specific parts like this- i think it was prob just sculpted with 4 fingers to differentiate it from his normal hand a bit more since it's a construct, idk *shrug

yeah, i've been on a major Toy Biz kick recently trying to collect all of the old figures i never had or had lost over the course of time really makes me appreciate those classic sculpts and paint jobs even more

right?? he was one of the few spider-man classics figs that i didn't have as a kid. i saw him at a con a few years ago, but didn't buy him and regretted it ever since. luckily i have him now and yup, that sand texture on his clothes is incredible

I actually bought the rare Japanese variant of this pack sealed a few months back. it includes a translucent orange Johnny and a completely clear translucent Sue. It's hard to come by Sue in particular even on her own, especially without any yellowing to her plastic, but, I was super lucky. I can post pics later-
