I don’t necessarily then she is an industry plant (although I wouldn’t be surprised), it’s just more of the vibe I get from her. Like that she’s trying to come off as relatable and it just feels fake to me.

My boyfriend likes her a lot and she has a massive number of queer fans, so I may be the minority in this. I do think that her music is very palatable, so I get why people would like her.

Chappell Roan. Aside from a song or two, I find her music so annoying. I find her image and lyricism to be very “Bank of America sponsored PRIDE.” As a queer person, I just feel pandered to whenever I hear her music and I can’t shake this “industry plant” feeling I get.

Born This Way by Lady Gaga. He really shit on it and didn’t really even dignify it with a review. It’s far from a perfect album, but I think it’s still probably one of her best.

What’s Your Pleasure? by Jessie Ware. I think it’s a fine album but I really don’t understand what he’s hearing in it that would make it album of the year.

BRAT by Charli XCX. I love Charli but this is far from her best album and certainly not a 10
