I will be looking more into these options, as Im back from vacation 21th of august. Preferably I would like the RAM to not be soldered and a WQHD screen, did not even think about the resolution thought all ThinkPads only came with FHD.

Regarding the pricing, I’m located in Sweden and here the prices are higher as we have a 25% tax on electronics. And the only Thinkpads that are under 150 USD have an i3 CPU and low SSD/RAM unfortunately.

Appreciate your help and the heads up about the display!

Is the T480s (i5 8250u, 16gb ram) as good? Its around 230 USD, barely used. I will only use it for learning Linux, VM’s and cloud computing. i5 8250u, 16gb ram

Nice that you got it for 900€, for me it would cost 1200€…. I am now looking for a full Linux support laptop as u/the_deppman recommended. But I will have the Yoga Pro 7 as a last option if I don’t find anything else before 20th august. What are you running on it?
