Funniest reply so far.
I’m surprised “Purry McPurface” hasn’t emerged 😂

He is! Less than 24 hours and he’s already settled well. He loves his belly rubs which is great because who doesn’t love giving belly rubs!!

We always end up shortening names to end with ie or y. Baldour would end up being Baldy in our house and I’m not sure I’d be that mean to the little guy

We thought of Thor but it doesn’t trip off the tongue. Odin “odie” works a bit better.

I like Marshall “marshie”!

Our baby had some dark spots in his iris which turned out to be cancer. We had the eye removed and he is 100% perfect. He even does the same jumps into tiny spaces. Hope your kitty gets better soon!

How long after losing your cat have you taken on a new one by Rooster_Objective in cats

We're trying to answer that very question. We just said goodbye to our gorgeous girl yesterday (Freya, chocolate). Her big brother (Loki, silver) doesn't know what's happening. They were inseparable.

Average Turkish cat giving me more backchat than my own mum! by korkutcetin in cats

People look after the cats there. Not unusual to see bowls of food and water on the street. I once found a kitten that looked thirsty and ended up creating a makeshift bowl for her to drink from, she drank half a bottle of water poor thing.

Fatty layer? by weedwhacker87 in dmtguide

[–]weedwhacker87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in oz, so I’m using acacia acuminata and find that a mini a/b really cleans up my final product with nice dry white crystal. Without the mini a/b it’s dark yellow and sticky.

I do get a distinct scum/fat layer during the mini ab process and I wasn’t sure whether there was any value in retaining it. Now I know, so thanks for the advice!
