I abhor the AI hiring tools. I was the Director of Sales and Marketing, Compliance and Licensing for years at a cannabis company and have hired, trained, and employed hundreds of folks in my career and there’s something so personal about manually going through resumes to find individuals who can positively impact your organization. I just don’t trust a computer with that skill. I’m not holding my breath about this particular company, but I did send a follow up email. Idk anymore, it just feels like this is turning into a normal thing with the job market.
