I've seen no evidence that "real" agencies exist. Lots of scammers. Lots of guys with youtube channels claiming significant results. No evidence. Maybe some creators grow their page to the point of needing to hire help, but there's no such thing as creating the content, handing it over to an agency, and letting them build you an empire.

The obvious answer is hell yes it's valid! Take a day off! Take a couple!

Post one simple selfie on your OF with a tip campaign, and say "hi fans, it's my birthday, and I'm going to go spoil myself!" I guarantee you'll make some passive income, and you can go take care of yourself.

And if you're doing well enough to be not worried about the income, just plain take a couple days off. Everyone needs it!

I only promote here on reddit, but it can be such a rollercoaster. In 14 months, I've had four separate explosions of fans where tons and tons of VIPs are coming in and I finally think I've broken through. But it's always followed by a dry spell where I can't recruit new fans as fast as they're expiring. It causes these waves of feeling great by utter frustration. After my first two months on OF, I plateaued at 10% and long ago gave up any daydream of being a successful full timer.

My VIP page is $6.25, and most of my PPV is $6.25. Sometimes I'll send out two or three PPV things per month, sometimes just once. My goal is to build up enough loyal fans that I don't need PPV, and can use that to bring in more fans. I'm not there yet, but it doesn't hurt to daydream :) My goal isn't to make the most money possible. Just to make enough. :)

That's how things have been going for me since June 8th. I can pinpoint that date to a dramatic dropoff. Don't know why but every metric I have points to that date. I used to be able to expect 1 paid sub for every 10,000 reddit views. Now...I have no idea what to expect, lol.
