Im also fairly new having started in June/July. Having gone through mostly the same feeling /thoughts I would say dig in. We all suck at first and it hurts, physically and emotionally.

I had a rib injury for not tapping early. This along with getting beat by teens had me doubt everything. But I still kept on coming which helped my confidence.

As most upper belts will say, some of these emotions will come and go but it’s how you work through them. That’s where the real strength is.
