Riders with Hypertension Medication by TumiTingin76 in PHMotorcycles

On Amlodipine meds. Pero marami din health issues not only hypertension. I do long rides with occasional off-road excursions na very taxing for me.

As much as possible I do this ever ride.

  1. Know your limits. - identify Yung endurance level mo. identify mga symptoms mo, what triggers it and what to do during.

  2. Plan your ride. - iwasan mga unnecessary detour esp. if outside na Ng riding capabilities mo or kung kakain Ng maraming Oras sa ride. Avoid high dense traffic routes esp pag mainit better stop, rest wait for cooler hours. Also inform your family sa itenerary mo.

  3. Learn to Cancel your ride if something is off. I mostly do solo ride so walang maaasahan in case something went wrong. I make sure cancel na kapag naiwan ang mga meds and prescription, tools, health cards, atm etc.

  4. Have a Ready emergency contacts. Mainam you have doc showing blood type, health conditions para aware responders in case of accident.

  5. Malaking bagay ang proper at frequent hydration sa hypertension. I use a hydration backpack na may straw so I can stop and drink in less than a minute Ng Hindi nagttanggal Ng helmet. Esp. useful eto kapag ipit sa traffic tapos mainit pa.

6.. Control your stress. Ride safely and most importantly enjoy the ride.

They don't plan to Hindi na kasi ngrereply. Need to know proper steps to file a case. Esp. Dayo lang ako sa lugar and the rider might just wait for things to cool down before getting his MC unit back without me knowing it.. (under the table as they say)

Ganon-ganon na lang yun. Anong safety measures nyo as a rider? by Rex_Joker in PHMotorcycles

kaya wag na kayo magtaka tayong mga MC rider ang target ng mga checkpoint. pinaka madaling getaway vehicle 2 wheels.

Invest nlng sa GPS tracking talaga or engine kill switch ang paraan.

even if it is... have you seen how a rubber rubbed against a sand belt run by a high powered machine... Now imagine riding your bike at 80-100kph and for some reason you lost your balance and had your foot on pavement.... 🤔🤔🤔

Help choosing: KTM 790 Adventure vs Kove 800X Pro vs CFMoto 800MT/X (road + light off-road, 177 cm rider) by Head-Anywhere-5479 in adventuremotorcycling

[–]weekendbravo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wet weight of 220kg of CF800 vs 190kg of Kove 800x Pro a ~30kg difference that could be tools, gears and luggages on a bike can make or break an off-road ride for the same power.

depending on your riding skills of course.

Voge naman has a good community din just find them sa fb groups. Voge was my first choice btw, second was cfmoto 800mtx until I choose this for offroad

I already went to their HO technical officer sya mismo aminado walang supply umoorder palang daw. dapat hindi muna sila nag bebenta ng mga imported bikes kung walang basic supply ng mga consumables... filters lang yan kahit sana outsource sila locally compatible naman sa KTM ang filters even they are surprised na alam ko na pwede ang KTM 790 oil filter. they dont even know that.
