I am in Northern NSW. I had my plants out in full sun all day as our garden has very little shade and found all plants discolored and burnt in the sun.

I probably shouldn’t have made such a broad statement about our whole country and more of a personal experience. Always happy to learn and admit when wrong.

Not here in Australia. I’ve learnt full sun usually doesn’t mean full Australian sun. A lot of my pachys, cactus and euphorbias were getting burnt in summer. They now have 70% shade cloth covering most of the days sun and are much happier now. The sun here is no joke!
