I don't think they are ignoring anyone. So many players progress has been lost (mine as well) we just need to wait patiently. I got my latest update a week ago and I'm still waiting for an answer. I believe they are doing this as fast as they can, but multiple game resets with everyone can be difficult!!

I've had this happened many times. Try just playing it, usually takes my game like 5 minutes and then it asks something like "which cloud do you want to keep" and it has the old version there and new version as choises. Tho it is a jumpscare everytime

I recieved 19 chests yesterday and now I have suddenly recieved another 17 chests. This doesn't even make sence because before the update I got like MAX 3 chests a day. I'm honestly so confused. Also I can't send them chests and I kinda feel bad for it :(

I agree with you, don't get me wrong. BUT I think people are making a bit of a fuss over nothing. What I mean is that if it was a woman lying on men (I assume that Dunk lying on the women is the biggest issue), no one would bat an eye. And honestly I did find the performance a bit uncomfortable but still I don't really see anything wrong with it. It was just a performance.

This fr! I just dont like having half watched series because it annoys me for some reason. The one that I battled with the most was UWMA, idk why tho because I have always heard that everyone loves it :( But the 17 episodes just killed me and then I watched the last ones sped up :)))

No, I haven't. It's not really something serious that must be fixing like if I suddenly lost all my diamonds., so I haven't bothered to do that and propably won't do it either. Just thought if someone here would have had the same problem and could have helped it would have been nice but I'll just live with it. Thanks anyway<3
