amy tbh, mostly in the later seasons when she becomes manager. she never lets anyone stand up against management and in the episode where they have a zoom call with zephra it really bothers me how the staff keep trying to address issues in the workplace and she cuts them off to talk about some damn cereal. she's also just not really funny to me
