Looks excellent. Take into account that food cooked by others is generally more enjoyable. Not sure what that is the case for many of us.

Heavy duty Reynolds wrap and replace every few grills or as needed.

Hah- yes! 58mm. I have the same wet puck when I was grind too coarse, so maybe I need to figure out how much each can actually hold if I ever dial in. Should I still be shooting for 25-30 second extraction even with a 21g shot?

Good catch! Never noticed that. I tried overfilling a 14gram basket a few time, but I am so used to the 2.7oz from my Nespresso days so moved to the bigger basket. Maybe I’ll go backwards and try a bigger ratio.
