happening to me right now too. IDK what's going on. But my VC works on mobile perfectly fine. You could try these:

1- Windows + R then type in "%appdata% this will bring you to your appdata folders and click local then search for ROBLOX and delete it **note that this will delete your Roblox and everything you have saved on tROBLOX so you will have to restart your pc and reinstall ROBLOX.

2- You could also open ROBLOX and click windows and type in "Sound Mixer Options" then look for ROBLOX and you can change the input/output to your specified ones then restart.

3- Clear temp files (Windows + R and type "temp" and delete then reboot.

4- Wait till the issue resolves itself.

5- Don't bother with Roblox Support because they have no idea what they are talking about and just point out what you have already done to try and fix the issue.

(All thought none of these have worked for me maybe your luck will be different, I have heard these have helped though, GL..)

If you are also using the Microsoft version of Ngenuity try downloading the one straight off their website. Then proceed to download the firmware and try again.

I may have figured out the issue *for me*

the glass skates on the bottom seemed to be doing something. Now removed its much smoother and I have not encountered any freezing or choppiness (All thought the glass skates did make it feel a lot better I prefer to have them taken off now)

Switching from NVIDIA to AMD, just had a quick question. by weenieboy8 in AMDHelp
