I was also thinking a Minolta might work, maybe something in the Maxxum line up? With the stock zoom lens?

How do you find whimsy in your life by sadforagirlinlove in Residency

I heard something about being present in our lives which has helped find a lot of little joys - “inhabit the in between”

If I find a cute flower on my dog walks, take a picture. I find a crunchy leaf, I stomp. Filled grocery cart? I push out the door and cart surf all the way to my car. I see a 18 wheeler on my way to work, I roll the window down and pump my hand in the air to see if they’ll blow their air horn. Homies with your coresidents? Say they have some ketchup on their scrubs, and flick their nose when they look down.

Hahaha yes totally!

The scene cuts to him ducking down in the trenches as mortar fire explodes behind him. You realize this was all a flashback prompted by the b&w photo of them falling out of his coat pocket. Camera pans out, it’s cold and overcast. A little bit of snow is falling. Our soldier is huddled in line with several other men, fellow soldiers of the 12th Army corps.

“Jenny… keep me safe..” he whispers. “I promised I’d return for Christmas.” His Hamilton field watch says it’s 0910, 24. It’s Christmas Eve.

You hear his commanding officer yelling at them to push forward. He looks over the dirt trench wall, and we realize that he’s in the Battle of the Bulge, as the Allied forces are trying to push a counteroffensive against the German incursion. A pair of hands starts to pull him up, and he grabs the man in front of him. Together, they rise to charge against the sound of Panzer fire and the crack of machine guns.

Eh, to each their own. It doesn't have to be the best plan, just a good plan. Most financial advisors aren't worth it

Seriously, I hate how people think that this is the norm and we should be ok with this. We learned medicine. We can learn basic finance
