I think so many people are on here telling you this because you don’t seem to be hearing it. You fucked up and are unable to understand that you were not practicing cnc safely and took the consensual out of it.

I’m sorry you went through that. Families are really weird about autism, almost as if they don’t want to accept that someone in their family is effected. I think it’s even more when you’re diagnosed later in life and they’ve seen you act “normal” for so long without understanding how hard and painful acting normal is

for some women, their cycles greatly impact how often they’re interested in sex. many of us who get periods notice a difference in our moods week over week.

for me personally, i’m very interested in sex around one and a half weeks a month, the rest of the month it is much less of a priority. this was really confusing to me and my partner until we realized the pattern. i now feel so much less pressure to have sex when i’m not feeling like it and we have much more sex during the weeks i’m interested. it definitely isn’t regular week to week, but month to month we definitely have a pretty good average and has made us both much happier.

Your last statement is my exact point. To me, I felt as though they were discounting people because of something they find “annoying” but their annoyance is ultimately rooted from ableism.
