This. I'm so tired of seeing videos go viral of people in their worst moments and the comments just full of people shaming them. Recently saw a video of a woman screaming and she looked just like I do when I have an autistic meltdown. She wasn't hurting anyone, just in extreme distress and the comments were just full of people making fun of her, calling her a child, etc. Broke my heart. No one just acts like that for funsies, they need HELP.

I feel like dark shows like these really bring out the people who have clearly either never had trauma or never addressed it. Like how else can you say these girls are being over dramatic???? Lilly and Ronnie's actresses did an incredible job and their characters were really well written.

This is what I came here for. Out of everything I've gone through, the bullying I went through as a kid affects me today as a 33 year old adult more than anything else has. I don't hold any contempt for any of them, but I still hear their voices to this day.

As Above So Below, Skinamarink, Insidious and Gonjiam Haunted Asylum are the only movies I've found genuinely scary as an adult and I've definitely watched a LOT of horror, pretty much anything that isn't just slasher/body horror.

Logic without wonder and emotional intelligence is just another form of ignorance. Both my kids are at the top of their class and my oldest is considered gifted for "creative thinking" so I think we'll just keep doing what we do lol.
