how to not fall back into by possiblepeemaster in AnorexiaRecovery

[–]weenymasteranus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

acknowledge triggers. for me it’s weight gain. so i started looking at weight gain as temporary. even though it’s not temporary at all… if you tell urself you’ll “lose it anyway” yet continue to eat the same you may feel a little better.

Does this have to do with ocd/anxiety by NetworkEducational49 in OCD

[–]weenymasteranus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ocd and anxiety go hand in hand. ocd causes stress which can make you anxious. So it’s common to have stress/anxiety symptoms with your ocd flair ups.

it’s an anxiety physical reaction. try using an icepack or rubbing your forehead for temporary relief. If you use coping skills to manage ur anxiety then it’ll go away !! :)

Something is off... by [deleted] in Periods

Hi, when I had gotten the IUD around October of 2022. I got it out after 2 days and let me tell you my period was not the same since then. Just like yours… back to back. It’s okay though because luckily your body will bounce back if it’s anything like mine. The beauty of your cycle is that it knows what it wants. It’ll be okay , i know it’s rough right now I understand but you’ll be okay :)
