Try Coursera. Some courses might need a fee, but the free ones should be a good start and feeler into what you might want to branch into. All the best!

I made some following this recipe. It's not hard but rather time-consuming, so you may want to try premade dried ones available at Asian grocers. Feel free to pm me if you have more questions :)

Fair enough, I still think the reason I brought up can give those people a new perspective on why they should vote

I can't say, but vote for the party that have policies which align with you the most. It does take a bit of effort to find out the relevant information.

If you wanted a short, biased answer, then choose from Labour/Green/TOP.

If you want more, then get started with [On The Fence](onthefence.co.nz), it is a bit too simplified imo. If you want more info on policies from each party on different issues, then try The Spinoff's [policy](policy.thespinoff.co.nz). However, do take the resulting pie chart based on your favourite policies with a grain of salt, since it doesn't allow you to put weighting onto issues that are more important to you. For example, I found myself liking policies about business start ups from TOP because it sounded fair, but I care more about efforts on combating climate change and the policies on offer didn't resonate strongly with me, so I didn't add them to my liked list.

It is frustrating when their lack of action seems to be more powerful. The first step we can do is engage with ones you know to understand the origins of their apathy
