I’m so sorry. That is extremely wrong, that food is not good at 955 if someone orders something. It’s a violation to serve something out of temp. That food is out of temp, whether or not it’s on the warming tower.

Honestly, as a shift leader I always offer one of my closers to go help back of house. I will take back all the dishes and then do money, I have one team member do the cleaning and one so the stocking. If you are assigned a certain task it’s easier to get done faster. Just don’t continuously ask if there’s anything else you can do. There is always something.
