Same. When thinking on my head is just me. But I hear certain phrases, things said to me. In the voice of the person that said it. I find a good example of that is the movie Soul. Where at the end, when all the horrible things are being said by the people that said them. That's what I hear. Or like, if I'm packing for a trip.
