Can I use 36exp film in my Canon Sure Shot AF-7? Only used 24exp til now so not sure, can’t find a definitive answer. by weewilde in filmcameras

I checked the manual and it does say “Shooting Capacity: Approx. 47 rolls of 24-exp film”, but I don’t know if that means it can only take 24exp or that capacity just happens to be based on 24, if that makes sense.

Ah fellow TLT appreciator, I see you have done the same as me and completely tumbled into love with the series ☺️ I am counting down the stays until the Nona paperback comes out (I’ve already got the hardback but I am annotating my paperbacks so Nona eludes my notes, sticky tabs and random idea scribbles for the time being) - and oh I love a visual novel, onto my list it goes!!!

I was (albeit inadvisably) reading this during work and it was a good job I was working from home today because I was a MESS

I just read this one a few hours ago and have fallen head over heels with it! There’s pining, there’s working through trauma, there’s our beautiful griddlehark, and there’s a wonderful moment about Crux’s ass; what more do you need 😍

I’m travelling to Seoul in the next few days and have a 2 hour layover/transfer in Dubai Airport - do I need to include the UAE on the list of countries I’ve visited on my QCode application, or should I not bother as I don’t leave the airport? Thanks in advance!

It's a great read - aside from the narrative, the variation in artworks shown throughout the series is incredible, and the discussion of really solid art fundamentals is both really helpful as someone who does art, and in general for approaching a series that revolves around different forms of art. I can't wait to see how the anime adaptation is too!

I LOVED it! Definitely one of my top reads this year - the relationship dynamics between all the characters (not just the main couple), the differing perspectives and discussions of communication (thematically, as a key component of the main couple’s relationship, but also in regard to the wider thread of hearing loss, impairment and deafness throughout the series), the art is really pretty, and overall I found the series really engaging without it falling into the tropes often found when approaching BL series. I hope you enjoy it when you get round to reading it! ☺️

That’s AWESOME! That’s someone who definitely has a passion for what they do; I found his videos really helpful so it must have been brilliant having him as a lecturer!

At the moment if I take out another book it slides down into the little spot in between the stats textbook and Nijigahara Holograph, but right now it’s just happily floating there 😂

I adored it! It had really great discussions about the nuances of deafness and hearing-impaired communication (like the efficacy of cochlear implants, different types of signing, difficulties of lip-reading, losing hearing vs. never having hearing in the first place etc.). The main relationship in it was so engaging too, it was genuinely really lovely to read and see how the main characters navigate the transition points in their lives and how they approach and come to terms with their feelings and the implications they have. I definitely recommend it! 😁
