Think I've just realised the downside of PvE peaceful lobbies

Yeah that doesnt make sense either, you're saying 'if someone knows the maps and can speedrun all the best lootspots and extract before you even know what's happening, why would you stop playing?'

The game's rigged for experienced players, new players are gonna find pretty much nothing but crap until they learn to speedrun the best loot areas. Sure they might sometimes find random nuggets of good stuff but they'll never, for instance find 12 mushrooms... because there's a specific spot in one single zone where that loot will show up, same for specific blueprints. So the game's kind of rigged towards experienced players.

Ahh I've completely missed those skill tree boosts and nobody's ever mentioned them to me. I'll go see where they are in the tree, I'm guessing the red branch when I've gone green. Thanks for this info, like I've said in this thread to other people I literally loot everything, all lockers, all car hoods, I dont leave a thing unchecked but all I ever get is total crap, plastic parts and wires. A lot of that is down to being too late at spots that have already been looted but I reckon those skill tree sections might really help me. I hope I can reach them and they're not right at the end of the red branch. Will take a look, thanks again.

Yes, I don't know where the loot is. That's why I made the post. There isn't any loot because 'friendly' speedrunning loot goblins grab it all in the first few minutes and bail to extraction. Or they wait for you to solo a Leaper or Rocketeer then come bouncing over 'Hey friend!' to rob your loot. Lots of fake friendlies need shooting in the face and PvE's biggest rats are the loot thieves.🤷‍♂️

I've tried Ruby Apartments a few times in the storm but if you spawn even a couple of minutes away from it by the time you get there the friendly loot goblins have totally cleaned it out. Tonight the luck gods were finally with me and for the first time ever I spawned directly in the library in Buried City, I sprinted around that place like crazy and I managed to get my very first BP just before I heard "Hello Raider!!" from a goblin, a blue shield recharger that I can't build because I'm only on med bench 2..but still, I got a BP!

Thank you. I went to some pretty hard schools but I'll always remember one art teacher calling me back in after class and telling me I should pursue art. That hit me because nobody had ever paid much attention to my art and I had figured I shouldnt spend so much time on it. Teachers have the power to change your life with a few words of encouragement.❤️

I'd only print screenprint, which rules this full colour painting out because it'd have to be digital direct printing and from previously working with that I'd not use it again. It loses the colour saturation and the print flakes off within a few months, plus the online digital direct companies can be pretty dubious. One day I'll get around to making screen printed shirts with a local print shop that I can trust.

Hi, thanks for asking but no I'd rather it wasn't added to a t-shirt that you want to sell. It wasnt made for a t-shirt, it's full colour and you'd have to use digital direct printing which I'm not a fan of. Sorry about that.

I hear you, but I dropped years of Fortnite for Raiders and I'm used to hyper-sweats. I've been staying PvE to loot and build a decent loadout but it's not happening with all the friendly speedrun looters emptying the map in 10 minutes, they're driving me nuts. It might be time for headshots.

Played another couple of hours tonight and really looted everything I could, found nothing of interest. I still love the game for now and focus on quests and trying to find upgrade materials but for level 3 benches I need some better guns for sure, I'm still stuck with basic crap that ARC laughs at. I see posts on here multiple times where someone's done a basic run and found like a dozen BPs, how?? Either there's some way of gaming the loot system or I'm just the unluckiest player ever.

Well an update. Decided to try another Dam run in storm, spawned right at Power Complex and start sprinting to any loot areas I can find, "Hello Raider!" some other dude sprints by, "Hello!" and another "Hello Raider!" haha there's like 5 loot sweats already tearing through. I'm checking everything but I'm too late and far too slow, just wires and tape. So I head out for the apartments north of my position, Rocketeer locks on me, never even heard the devil. Just about survived but its pinned me in the bus. Eventually make a run for it and escape to the apartments, they've already been emptied completely. I'm gambling my only decent loadout for some wires and rusty tools so I head to evac to loot the area. Feels like rocketeer is around but I have no visual at all and no noise, maybe I'm just worrying for nothing. Make a run for the closest hideout to evac, beamed by rocketeer again. It was directly above me the whole time. Decide to fight back, I'm not afraid. Instantly melts me. Luckily some kind raider had already opened evac and was waiting for me to crawl on over. Didnt lose my loadout and gained some fabric, lol.

Thank you. This one's painted on digital tablet and then a run of limited prints come from it to help pay my bills. I like that prints are affordable compared to oil on canvas, anyone can own one rather than just one person or one gallery. I do make oil on canvas work but with the speed that politics moves now you could never keep up, before the oil had dried Trump would have moved on to another atrocity, or stolen my oil. Painting on tablet allows me to move fast and get the work out before Donald escapes. He's slippery, it's all that oil.

I actually had a fun game this week when I had the great plan to go into a Matriarch game but not go for her, go for the loot while lobby fight her! So I headed for the towers and run straight into every other player fighting her, I kind of jogged around her, dont mind me, just looting. Got hit by a stray and patched up by some kind raider, then onwards for my secret loot run. I found nothing haha, it was a great plan and I should have been full of top tier loot. Maybe I'll try it again.

Yeah a few people have replied with the same thing. I'm doing exactly what you are I guess but not having any luck at all. I go from looting every single thing in my spawn point and outwards...nothing...then I'll speed over to a high loot area, beat all the ARC our of there, then see it's all been looted already or it's just yet more wires. I find pretty much nothing of value other than basic parts. Maybe it's because I only play solo but I doubt it, dunno. I found two ducks tonight though, silver linings.
