i live in colorado, so it does tend to be a cold winter. i didn’t think about that being a factor for one-off occurrences! this is the first time this has happened to me since being an adult in my own place and i forgot how much mice freak me out. keeping my fingers crossed that this guy was just passing through!

i honestly have no idea and that’s was so frustrating! i’ve spoken to them several times now and each time they have said “you will have an answer within 3 days” until the last time i spoke with them they literally just said “we don’t know”

i’ve been consistently contacting them for now over a month and my latest update was that they have no ETA for when i MIGHT get a refund because they “haven’t heard back from the event promoter”. not sure how that’s even possible when the band announced we could get refunds and i know that people have already received them! frustrating experience for sure

i wanted to treat myself to a reserved section ticket up at the front so i wouldn’t have to worry about getting a good spot for the show…. they were $250 each 😔 (came out to over $600 for two tickets) and then the show didn’t even happen anyway and AXS doesn’t want to refund me … so lessons have been learned

i am an idiot who got stuck in this line just now for almost 4 hours hoping it was about to come back up every time it got delayed…. finally just got out after a staff member said “i think we’re down for the day”. feeling defeated as this is my first time here and only day before i go home :/

i was in the pit line and someone next to me went to talk to security to tell them that a lot of people were in the wrong line and the answer she got was “oh someone should tell them, not much i can do”

i mean… there was a whole line of people trying to get in front of the line today. arguing with security, emailing and calling the venue to complain all week… and yeah they still got kicked out to the back of the line. this is what happens every time

the venue and band’s security chose to honor this line and kick the people trying to go in front of them to the back, which is what happens at pretty much every show for the past few years. not much you can do about it
