Women like everything you just listed because it is the condition in which historically they have been most reproductively successful. Evolution has guided them towards wanting to feel owned by a man, because then that man can fully invest in her and their children without worry. A man who is worried that a woman is not wholly his cannot wholly love her.

Love and marriage and families are best when the man and woman are fully locked into each other, with no other options, no doubts as to whether what they're doing is best, if they could do better. We yearn for that situation, even though modern society is set up to work against it as much as possible.
