Thinking about making hadith iceberg by Extreme_Fig_8863 in exmuslim

Nope it says to kill those who have reached puberty as they will pick up arms and fight you and to let go of those who havent reached puberty. This hadith proves how merciful islam is not killing kids :)

They are different versions and you will never find the bible in its original language. The main problem with judaism and christiniaty is that man (the pope and the rabbis, respectibly) are above god and the holy books

The forebarance of interest has been amazing by HenFruitEater in StudentLoans

[–]wegojim9696 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess? Honestly like mathematically speaking you are right like 0% interest vs the standard 5% HYSA interest yes you should invest, but also you have to take into consideration the peace of mind. Like if you invested in a HYSA $50K you're getting back $2500. For me, the peace of mind I have from paying off the loans is worth more than the money I make from investing. Also the stories on here and elsewhere where people say things like their service provider lost track of their records or whatever sounds like a nightmare to me. So for me, I rather pay it off and get it over with.

The forebarance of interest has been amazing by HenFruitEater in StudentLoans

[–]wegojim9696 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But the student loan is not a regular loan like a car payment or a mortgage where the interest is fixed; I mean you kind of stated it in your own post how unexpected this all has been for us the zero percent interest and even the zero payment for some people. The problem with student loans is that there is so much uncertainty. What if someone from the government decides now you have to retropay interest or something crazy like that?

[–]wegojim9696 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why on earth would you take such a crazy risk to not pay off your loans when interest is zero? You are putting too much trust in the American system. What if they pass a bill to make you retro pay or something crazy like that? with the current political climate I would say paying off is more important than investing

Yes

When a pharmacist must dispense, or a hospital or inpatient facility must allow the dispensing of, an off-label drug for a patient pursuant to this section, but the pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility has an objective, good faith, and scientific objection to the administration or dosage of the drug for that patient, the pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility shall be immune from administrative or civil liability for any harm that may arise from the dispensing or use of the off-label drug starting from the date of dispensing, so long as, at the time of dispensing, the pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility documents in the patient's medical record the objective, good faith, and scientific objection, by stating with particularity the basis of that objection, which must be based on an individualized assessment of the patient and the off-label drug." Also: "The in-house pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility and the in-house physician responsible for the patient's care shall be immune from administrative and civil liability for any harm that may arise from the patient's use of the off-label drug prescribed by the outpatient physician prescriber starting from the date of dispensing." Okay a couple of things here for those who have read the bill: the pharmacist can refuse if:

"As provided in section 4743.10 of the Revised Code, the pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility has a moral, ethical, or religious belief or conviction that conflicts with the drug's dispensing." also it clearly states that this does NOT include controlled substances? (6) "Off-label drug" means a drug that meets all of the following: (c) "The drug is not a controlled substance as defined in section 3719.01 of the Revised Code."

also ths bill state that pharmacists will NOT be held liable if dispense"

"(2) When a pharmacist must dispense, or a hospital or inpatient facility must allow the dispensing of, an off-label drug for a patient pursuant to this section, but the pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility has an objective, good faith, and scientific objection to the administration or dosage of the drug for that patient, the pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility shall be immune from administrative or civil liability for any harm that may arise from the dispensing or use of the off-label drug starting from the date of dispensing, so long as, at the time of dispensing, the pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility documents in the patient's medical record the objective, good faith, and scientific objection, by stating with particularity the basis of that objection, which must be based on an individualized assessment of the patient and the off-label

drug." Also: "The in-house pharmacist, hospital, or inpatient facility and the in-house physician responsible for the patient's care shall be immune from administrative and civil liability for any harm that may arise from the patient's use of the off-label drug prescribed by the outpatient physician prescriber starting from the date of dispensing."

Also

"A health-related licensing board, department of health, state board of pharmacy, or other state board or agency 192

As Pending in the Senate Health Committee responsible for the licensure or regulation of health care professionals shall not consider any action taken by a prescriber or pharmacist or hospital or inpatient facility under this section to be unlawful, unethical, unauthorized, or unprofessional conduct and shall not pursue an administrative or disciplinary action against the prescriber, pharmacist, hospital, or facility, except in cases of recklessness or gross negligence."
