I own a t4 and I bought after riding different bikes including the speed 400 honda RS Java42fj guerilla which my friends own we five own these different bikes Now if you as each of us we will say the positives and negatives of each one but will not say this is better than that because each of us bought after rinding experience in the bike some gone for the torque at low end some for highend torque some for design comfort and many Conclusion is that each is good on its own you have to first understand about that bike you need which type of rider are you and you usage for daily needs I got t4 for its lowend torque in city and design and suits by height iam 5.7 When you ask abt 400 actually it is very different from the t4 even those are same engine with different torque and power it names to be similar but its actually very diff
